Default Dog House Training

I will come back later and bring everything up to date. To start here is today's session.

5/3/1 cycle 4 week 2 reprise Squats

Pre workout routine
2 scoops of Con-cret lemon/Lime and Iced Tea. mmmmmmmm
3 minutes on the bike

Squat warmups
5 x 95
5 x 120
3 x 145



NOTES

Feels like it has been an eternity since I last hit the gym. Last week ended up being a forced deload. I also found out how much my journey has embittered my family. I will be online less, but will not quit, I will not give up.

Since I missed most of last week, I am going to repeat the week.

Squats - added a rep on final set.
Leg Curls - up 5 lbs
Front Squats - added a rep on final set, legs were feeling the work thus far
Leg Extensions - no change, will up weight next time
Calf Raise - Weight up 15 lbs.

Not a problem Steve. I think it was just a combination of wife not feeling well, a ton of church related happenings all coming down at one time and too many school days off so that everyone sees what my day is really like. It is frustrating, but just means I have to change the way I do things.

If it helps at all I understand. A church is a lot like a website in that it can have needs 24 hours a day.
