This was one of those sessions that brings a smile to your face. Sweat was dripping, legs felt whooped. The only negative? I let the dog in while I showered, I came down to find him eating the london broil I had set out to thaw for dinner tonight. He is not on my good side at the moment.

Good stuff, Bam! Wife seems to be in the clear, dog obviously well fed, lifts just popping right up there, especially those deadlifts stand out a mile and those dips too.

I too have a bit of resistance from the family in general on my current weightlifting goals and their demands on my time, but there you go. Like you, just some scheduling modifications and it's all good.
