Yeah, nice set up Bama. You did well on those AMAP finishers before, so should work again.

Getting stronger for sure, but diet is king. Good for you to get that figured out. Then tell me so I can stop adding so much fat!!

Pollen season almost over! Hang in there. Of course, then that's just in time for the heat waves to kick in, but hey we can't have everything, eh?

I prefer the floor press over other bench variations. I am able to get chest activation without the shoulder barking at me the way it does on bench presses. Since I train alone, I do this in the rack with the safety bars as low as they go, about 15" from floor. It is just about perfect for what I am trying to do.

Thursday and Friday.

Thursday - session was later than I am used to and I felt as though that held me back a bit, especially on the BHNP. Was also sharing equipment with my daughter which slowed me down a bunch. Wanted to deadlift from the floor, but wasn't working out this time around. Did sumo rack lifts. I have never really done these before so I did not push it, I wanted to get the feel of them first.

Friday - Leg day. First time to really make use of the Vertical Leg press.
Calf Raise - Toes straight, out and in.
Leg Press - 250 x 8 then 110 x 20, need to redo some cells on spreadsheet to better display leg work.

Daughter shared that some of the male band members were commenting on my arms Monday at the awards banquet. Didn't realize anything was noticable. Cool.
