5/3/1 cycle 4 week 2 reprise Squats
Pre workout routine
2 scoops of Con-cret lemon/Lime and Iced Tea. mmmmmmmm
3 minutes on the bike
5 x 95
5 x 120
3 x 145
Feels like it has been an eternity since I last hit the gym. Last week ended up being a forced deload. I also found out how much my journey has embittered my family. I will be online less, but will not quit, I will not give up.
Since I missed most of last week, I am going to repeat the week.
Squats - added a rep on final set.
Leg Curls - up 5 lbs
Front Squats - added a rep on final set, legs were feeling the work thus far
Leg Extensions - no change, will up weight next time
Calf Raise - Weight up 15 lbs.

Deadlift 402 PR
Total - 886 at 50 yrs 199.6 lbs
