Wasn't mine. I was the runner, some other kid was the yo-yoist. My mouth and his yo yo met at the perfect angle. Though, I haven't done much with a yo-yo since.

Change in my thinking over the weekend. Was going to work on 5/3/1 in a fullbody format, but then read the article about Big but Boring 3 month experiment. Decided I was going to take the challenge. Starts today, in about 20 minutes.

5/3/1 Cycle 5 Week 1 SOHP
I was going to change things up this cycle and go fullbody but after reading THIS ARTICLE I decided to take the challenge. So it is Big but Boring 3 month Challenge time.

Prestuff
Banana
2 scoops of Concret
forgot to take Arginine

Tube warmups and shoulder dislocations

Warmup lifts
5 x 65
5 x 75
5 x 95



NOTES

No as many as possible sets this cycle, simply the prescribed number and that is it. Started feeling a little week this morning, but as the session went on I found myself in the zone a bit more.

Difference comes in the accessory work.

5 sets of Bench at 50% of 1 rep max (Mine is not huge, but moving up)
5 sets of a lat exercise. Since I can not yet do 5 sets of 10 chins, I am using Lat Pulldowns

I am feeling this in a good way. Nice tempo all morning, minor shoulder ache, always with bench or overheads. Focused on form. Next week I will add 2.5 lbs to the main accessory work.

I had fun!
