Default 1-30-12 Dog House Training

5/3/1 Cycle 4 week 4 Squat deload

Pre-stuff
2 scoops of Con-cret
3 Arginine tablets
coffee

3 minutes on recumbant bike

Deload Sets


NOTES
I had planned to move right into cycle 5 this week, as I felt great after deads on Friday. By Saturday morning my back was twinging and warning me to slow down. I have decided I will deload on Squat and Dead days, light sets only and will repeat last week on the other two days.

Squats - held about 2 second pause at the bottom. These were all the way down, hold, then push up out of the whole. Not exhausting work, but enough to let me know I was squatting.

I think it is lifting and life related. It is not stiff, just a tweak. Usually shows itself in lower back stiffness and pain in the left hip. I have had my back repaired once, don't want to have it again.

I am ready to get back to smashing it, though the first week of cycle 5 will be a drop in weights.

Lamonectomy and Discectomy. Only occasional problems. I have just learned my limits and try not to push them too much.

I broke my 2 front teeth in 5th grade. I ran into a yo-yo as a kid was doing an around the world. I then reinjured them a few years later playing in the snow and turning around and walking into a fire hydrant marking girder. I don't need a barbell to knock teeth out, I am more creative than that.
