Thanks for the support Kit. I like the BHNP for a a variety of reasons. Note, I do both seated due to my lumbar issues. I don't know that I find one or the other easier, I just like the BHNP better. I do have a little tendonitis in my left arm and the BHNP does not seem to bother it as much as Military does. When I am really in glutton for punishment mode I do Bradfords which are a Military/BHNP combination lift. Weight goes way down for those.

I had discussed and thought about making a change and going to a push/pull/legs variation. After some more thought, I realized my issue is not recovery but frequency and intensity. I am going to stick with the fullbody but with some enforced tweaks (need you guys to help with enforcement). I will be doing pullups and pushups each day, at least once a day. My goals are two fold. a.) bring up numbers with those exercises b.) a little more development in some weak areas.

Leg Curls, GHR, Hip Thrusters - Most of my leg work over the past year or two has been very quad dominant. The Hams and glutes have been hit indirectly but not enough, causing some imbalances and affecting my back. Amazing what a little pelvic tilt can do to you.

Bench Press - After the forced deload last week, I was not sure what to expect. Felt good on the first three sets so I decided to push it a bit. I will stick with 155 on Friday and hope to hit 5 reps each set.

Pullups - Chins are by far my stronger pull variation, these hit my back much better. I will be working on these daily to bring them up.

Pushups - just some accessory chest work.

Glass OHP - a controlled smith machine variation, hence plate weight only. Works the shoulders but does not over do it. Saving my shoulder's for Wednesday's BHNP. I hope to hit a new PR.

Hanging Knees - ab work is to help the ham and glute work. My lower back and quads are strong, my abs and glutes are not, there is the imbalance. Am considering other back friendly ab work for each day. Sit ups and Crunches are out.

All in all, I was very pleased with this session. Even with throwing the dog's ball between each set, still got in and out in about 1 hour 15 minutes.
