Thanks. Wish I had put the 45's on. Started with the 25's and just kept adding 10's. At any rate, I will stay put until I can get at least 3 x 5 x 135

It will be quality for a bean pole like me. I am finding it interesting that I am in the midst of seeing some of my best strength and size gains in a long time. I think the back ailment has caused me to really focus more on what I am doing. Earlier in the summer I was just lifting weights. Now there is a purpose to each exercise, more thought to the why's and hows and this, in turn, has moved me from working out into training. This McCallum hybrid with my lumbar work arounds is a blessing in disguise.
