Back is a pain. At least once a year I have a spell. So much driving this summer has been the culprit. Feels a little better today, I pray by Monday that I can return to a some what normal routine.

Great book! Love the characters he creates, nice writing style. Made me laugh way more than once. I'd change places with Marvin any day.

Nothing exciting to post. I have been focusing on my back rehab.

Inversion Table
3 x @1.5 minutes
McKenzies

Reverse Hyperextensions

Tricep Bar Curls PWO
3 x 20 x 25#

Chest Supported DB Rows
3 x 10 x 35#

Glass Style OHP PWO

May have had a break through with the back. Will monitor it for the remainder of the week.

Default Dog House Training 8/22/12



My training partner for the day!

GETTING BACK AT IT!

Plans were to get up early, take the van for it's inspection, come back and workout. Things rarely go as planned. Failed inspection, we literally wore the tires out this summer. By the time I walked home, my morning training window had closed. Noon time I entered the Dog House. Back is still not 100%, but I am itching for more.



NOTES
Been a weird past few weeks. Lots of travel and back issues. Starting to get back to normal. Once Band Camp ends friday, life returns to a more normal routine.

Last Tuesday one of the ladies coming to Fit For the King brought her new friend up. She is a former fitness competitor who want a low stress environment while she decides if she wants to go for her pro card. Mostly machine trained, so I had to explain my hybrid workout I have some of them doing, but outstanding form! A bit intimidating, but she is super nice which helps.

I don't feel I can handle back squats and deads right now so I will be using Front squats as my primary quad builder and chest supported back work for the backs. Today was fun, it felt good to return to,some normalcy.
