Nothing specatacular seemed to be happening, other than I kept sliding down the bench during the declines. After set 3 of the spiders my mind was telling me to quit, wasn't gonna happen. Glad it didn't. I have never had a pump like that one before. I was starving and had been operating at a deficit so I treated myself to a Subway sandwich. Buffalo Chicken.... Measurements on Sunday.

That's one of the reasons I have to watch creatine intake. I get insane back and shoulder pumps.

Default 4-16-12 Measurements and Dog House Training

I had hoped to get these up yesterday, but the morning routine was not conducive to accuracy.



Overall perspective? Meh

Biceps are up, felt like that was happening, I feel a bit bigger in that area.

Weight was not quite where I had hoped I would be, I seem to be stalling there, though I have only had one day since starting where I was significantly over may daily numbers, that happened this past week.

Pinches:
Chest 10mm
Ab 14mm
Thigh 10 mm

Pinches were skewed. I need a new set of calipers, I have been letting the FFTK folks use mine and they are no longer pinching clean. According to the pinches, I lost weight, gained .25 inches on biceps, lost almost every where else and yet my BF% went up? The ab pinch kept slipping and I know is not close to accurate. I am going to try to get some new calipers this week and do them again.

NOTES

My legs are worn out, in a good way.

RDL - I am wanting to bring these back in now that back is feeling better. In past this was a fairly easy weight. It was a little ambitious for today, as I am wanting to take the reintroduction of these slow. As a result of misjudging the wieght, I limited the reps. I superset the leg curls and the Standing Calves so the RDL's were the last thing I did.

Listened to Pandora today. Started with a little Al Jareau but switched to my Supertramp channel. Where else can you hear unique high tenor vocals mixed with 70's electric and a harmonica? Sadly, the original version is hard to find.
