You do have as good ears, you just have to listen to them. I am a big believer in deloads. Less is more.

This week is a deload week. Yesterday I awoke with the start of a respiratory yuck. The virus going around lays folks up over a week, so I am aggressively fighting the illness. The burning in my chest and the meds have me a bit weakened so I laid out today.

Been busy with Church and Band obligations, so today I finally went to the doc in a box to assuage the wife and all of the nurses in the church. He said, "yup, looks like you have the bug my grandkids and most of my co-workers have... here are some scripts." Any way, tomorrow I plan to just rest. Take everyone to school, drop the car off to finish getting fixed and then lay around all day. If I am feeling any better on Tuesday, I will start back to work.

NOTES
I had to get back out to the Dog House. Cleveland kept me company.

I was just focused on getting some work in. Felt good, a little slow as I had to allow for a few hacking spells and phone calls from the boys.

Tomorrow I will do some leg work, hopefully to minimize the DOMS on Sunday.
