NOTES
This was rough. Hard to believe that less than a year ago 210 was about my max and I rarely did more than 2 reps of this weight. The three sets of 8 were actually my cleanest sets of the day.

The Narrow Squat/leg extension superset was a burner. My quads were literally on fire.

I will be feeling this tomorrow, for sure.
