Default Nighttrain gets his swole on in Kuwait

Ok well here goes another log...

Current weight 193 when i jumped on the scale down in the gym right before todays work out. Today is Sunday the 15th and we are 8 hours ahead of the US over here in Kuwait.
A little back ground info... we have a gym located in the bottom of the building i live in, it is pertty decent compared to the one i had the last time i was over here. Two benches, one being incline and the other flat with about 300 hundred pounds of weight if you include the bar... no curl bars at all and dumbells that go up to 50lbs. and NO SQUAT RACK AT ALL......

I talked to one guy that i work with and he goes to a local gym like i did the last time i was over here, he says it has everything you need in it.. but it costs to go there and i am trying to live on a very tight budget and save all i can while i'm here so i dont have to do this again... but i may break down in a couple of weeks and go ahead and shell out the cash... it is 15kd for a month, 25 for 2, 35 for three and so forth.... thats about 130 dollars for 3 months, which isnt too bad i guess..

oh well enough BS here is today workout, short sweet and to the point...

just trying to get back into the swing of things as i have been outa th eloop for at least 6 months i guess...


Chest and shoulders---

inlcine DB press-- 50 x12x 5 sets

Standing lateral raises-- 20 x8x 5 sets

Hammer curl press--- 25x8x5 sets

Seat rear delt raises--- 35x10x4 sets...

easy day taking it slow so i get back into it without too much pain, i still have to work 6 days a weeks and 12 hours a day

easy night, only working on second week back in the gym, but im going and thats what really matters
