Default My Training Log

Well this will be my first official training log I have actually written down for myself so if there is anything not correct with it please be kind and tell me lol here it goes.


Monday: Chest & Abs
-Bench Press: 4 sets of 10
-Decline Bench: 4 sets of 10
-Incline Bench: 4 sets of 10
-Butterflies: 4 sets of 10
-Plank- 2mins
-Side Crunches: 2 sets of 50
-Leg Raises: 2 sets of 25
-Mason Twists: 2 sets of 50

Tuesday: Arms & Shoulders
-Skull Crushers: 4 sets of 10
-Tri. Rope Pull Downs: 4 sets of 10
-Weighted Dips: 4 sets of 15
-Seated Bicep Curls: 4 sets of 10
-Barbell Curls: 4 sets of 10
-Hammer Fist Curls: 4 sets of 10
-Shrugs: 4 sets of 10
-Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 10
-Reverse Shoulder Fly: 4 sets of 10

Wednesday: Legs & Back
-Squats: 4 sets of 10
-Leg Press: 4 sets of 10
-Hamstring Curls: 4 sets of 10
-Calf Raises: 4 sets of 25
-Lat Pull Downs: 4 sets of 10
-Lat Pull Downs (behind head): 4 sets of 10
-Rows: 4 sets of 10

Thursday: Chest & Abs
-Bench Press: 4 sets of 10
-D Bench Press: 4 sets of 10
-Floor Press- 4 sets of 10
-Dumbbell Incline Press: 4 sets of 10
-Cable Crunches: 2 sets of 50
-Side Crunches: 2 sets of 50
-Bicycles: 2 sets of 50
-Mason Twists: 2 sets of 50

Friday: Arms & Shoulders
-Skull Crushers: 4 sets of 10
-Kick Backs: 4 sets of 10
-Tri. Pull Downs: 4 sets of 10
-Overhead DB. Tri. Extensions: 4 sets of 10
-Seated Curls: 4 sets of 10
-Db Preacher Curls: 4 sets of 10
-Barbell Curls: 4 sets of 10

Saturday: Legs & Back
-Squats: 4 sets of 10
-Stiff Leg Dead Lifts: 4 sets of 10
-Leg Extensions: 4 sets of 10
-Calf Raises: 4 sets of 10
-Lat Pull Downs: 4 sets of 10
-Lat Pull Downs (behind head): 4 sets of 10
-Rows: 4 sets of 10

What do you guys think would be a good pre-workout suppliment I should take? or should I take one?

Well let's start with this question...do you take a multivitamin or fish oil?

I would add fish oil first before adding a pre-workout. As far as pre-workouts...plenty of good ones on the market. Some will work better for you than others. I would sample a few, or better yet, hit up the supplement reps for AAEFX or Con_Cret on MAB and see if they have any samples.
