Wow that's quite an impressive jump. Any idea of bf% before and after?

Great squatting again, doing it for reps is a pain, a good kind of pain but a pain nonetheless!

We have 'no reason to be alive if you can't deadlift' from Big Swede and 'squat till death' from 77. I love this forum
