8:00 PM

1 lean ground turkey stuffed peppers
stuffed with diced tomatoes,onions,mushrooms,spinach, quinuoa and ground turkey

10 pm
2 scoops scivation protein ,1 tbspn peanut butter

I got a tip from a guy who was watching me squat he said my chest was dropping he told me to keep a big chest and keep my lats tight I did this and my squat weight instantly jumped up and 225 didnt feel heavy at all. I have to remember to keep my focus and stay tight the whole set
