Got a workout in today at my local Y, felt good to be back there working out again

Squats-
110x5/5/5

knees were hurting a bit with squats, but I assume that will go away once they adjust to squatting again

Shoulder Press-
60x5/5/5

Power Cleans-

Not 100%, but I make sure my toes point out a bit, i shove my knees out to the sides so they're over my feet and my knees don't pass my toes. I'll videotape it on Tuesday and post it up here.
