I saw that you were tryin to gain some lb's but didn't see if you posted your current weight and how the bulk was goin.

Stay consistent and the weights in the gym and on the body will come.

Good work so far keep rockin!

Good workout today. Dips felt great. Started doing OH presses to the front since my shoulder felt a little funky last workout, i'll see if I like it better this way.
