Been busy lately and havn't had time to post.

Geared: 275 x 3 295 x 1(Metal Bash Single Ply)
Squat: Finally gained a little weight and can fit in my briefs.

Friday is kind of a mess around day for us and today I put on Traphouses Metal Pro Squatter and worked up to 355 x 1+chains and 405 x 1(straight weight)(PR)
