BB roll outs today in the driveway on a slight incline with 115 2 sets of 10, 1 set of 8. Those ****ers are mean.

Today I'll be starting into another strength phase. I'll be lifting as heavy as I can.

I've been kind of spinning my wheels lately so hopefully I can change all that today.

I have known you for several years now, and the amount of tissue loss, and the gains you have made in mind and body are impressive, James. VERY impressive. Keep that mind strong.....really....its where it is at, and doesn't get the attention it deserves, when IT is the one that gets you...if you don't exercise it...like you would the muscle and bones of the body.

Great workout today, I wish they all could be so good.

pull ups 48 over 5 sets
deadlift max at 325 for 2 reps
bent over row max at 205 for 3 reps

bicep and core stuff

Clients arrived in the middle of my workout today, what a pain in the ass, they were 30 mins early. Oh well I impressed them I suppose. LOL

I told them I'm a trainer I have to train like one.

Bench max 225 x2
Squat max 205x3
standing shoulder press max 135x3
I didn't do a pyramid with the shoulders I did that weight for 26 reps over 6 sets. Too lazy to haul a bunch of weights up the stairs and outside.

tricep and some shoulder mobility stuff.
