No lifting today, but I am getting ready for yoga in a few. I'm pretty energized so I'll be shooting for something challenging.

Got a quick little vinyasa for ya.

mountain, forward fold, hop back to plank, inclined plane to the right, plank, inclined plane left, plank, chaturanga (push up pose), up dog, down dog, hop to forward fold, back to mountain. Move with the breath or hold each pose for 3-5 breaths.

I got a good lower body vinyasa as well but I'll let you folks try that one first.

pressing today

shoulder press
squats
bench

Accs stuff for tris, and shoulder mobility.

I normally don't bench, but to keep it strange I did today. My medial delt on my right side started bugging me and I couldn't get the ROM I wanted to.

I also was able to finally take The Bar outside and do standing shoulder presses. Also did a few overhead squats while outdoors. Those things are mean. Could be why my delt is bugging me.

I'm so friggin weak on the OH press, I was only able to do 135 8 times in my first set. Did 6 sets for a total of 29 reps.

Still some good numbers. Any time a lifter closes in on the neighborhood of a 200 1RM overhead press, I am impressed.

Theres no way I would even attempt that. My core couldn't handle it.
