Back to the weights this week. I did my press half today with all sets geared for strength.

seated shoulder press
squats
3 varities of push ups

accs
shins, tris, delt flies

First time I've tried my new squat rack and it took some time to get all the adjustments right. I like not being limited on my squats by what I can safely clean.

First time you used standing overhead presses, or is that old hat for you?

Did seated this time, I can't do standing in my basement the ceilings are too low.

Now that I have the squat rack I do seated BB presses as opposed to DB's.

When we have nice weather I take the bar and weights outside and do standing presses, again I have to clean the bar up over my head. No problem there cuz I can clean more than I can press, which may seem odd but my pull strength is way better than my pressing.

pulling today

lat pulls
Romanian DL's
bent over row

I feel like shit today due to a cold so my workout suffered a bit. My lower back told me not to do standard DL's so I opted for RDL's

I didn't leave, just have a lot going on right now. Maybe some of you can help me with my dilemma.

I found a doc who is willing to work on my eyes. After probably 50 or so eye docs around the midwest I finally found one. Now when I go into surgery I will walk in there with my existing 20/100 vision and I could walk out of there with either 20/20 or nothing. The risk is very great but the docs won't quantify it. So great that most docs won't even touch me. But the payoff is huge, like getting my life back, being able to drive again, etc. etc.
I'm just not sure if I'm ready to accept no vision.
