My workout today was supposed to be MMA circuits, however issues this morning with the weather and getting all 3 boys off to school messed up my whole time frame.

So I ended up doing yoga again for 90 mins, mostly vinyasa flow stuff. Lots of strengthening poses. It was quite intense and I'm sure Megadeth annoyed the neighbors.

I feel when one trains with great variety you can just do whatever the hell you want to do that day. I'll do MMA tomorrow then again saturday.

I have the wife downstairs working out. She's been on a roll for 6 weeks, and starting to get into lifting.

I'm looking for a horizontal pull for someone who does not have the mobility to keep their back straight on a bent over row. I really have no way of doing a seated row in my basement. I'm looking at something with a resistance band. hmm.

She's doing great though, I got her doing lunges, DB shoulder presses, girl push ups, and lat pulls in circuit fashion. You can totally tell she's lost some weight but she is sticking to my advice and not going near a scale. She's also running.

Going to go for a run then do yoga today. Nice day to get out and get acclimated to the cold in preparation for iron man ice fishing. Which hopefully will happen soon or else I'm getting my boat back out.
