Flexed and pumped, post bicep work. But again, it's a fat man's arm. My bodyfat is in the 20's. It hangs more around 17.5 at lower bodyfat.

I think I hover around 17 and that is all tricep. I hate bicep work

I hear a lot of stories like that, I think after college I want to focus on making money and do not want to risk missing work all the time due to rugby injuries. And a black eye does not look that great with a shirt and tie.

Glwanabe takes notes on weights used for Mab's sessions. He compares them to his own numbers, and grins, and rubs his hands together. He carefully mounts the scope, and takes windage correction factors into account.

Gl, writes in his log, "need to squat heavier, and take advantege of MAB while he is limping", but remembers that wounded animals are dangerous.
