Had to get this one in quick before a client this am

Had a Protein shake with 1 cup blueberries and 1 banana to give me fuel before the workout.

Didn't get a post workout meal in until 4 hours later.

Everything was pretty strong except for Cable cross overs.

I'm not looking to lose that much weight, but get the waist down and build the back,Legs, and shoulders back up!

I've squatted more in 2011 than at any other time in my life and my legs didn't grow an inch. I must have to eat MOOOOOAAAARRRRRRR!!
