STRESS TEST RESULTS:

Exercise Data:

The underlying rhythm of the baseline EKG demostrates normal sinus rhythm at 91BPM. The EKG findings do not appear to be outside limits of normal. The patient exercised according to the BRUCE protocol for 14 minutes, achieving a work load of Max. METS 16.

Resting heart rate initially 91PBM (This was elevated because of "White Coat" syndrome and pre-test anxiety, as well as having the test taker having to shave parts of my chest! LOL )
, rose to a max. heart rate of 171 bpm which represents 98% of the maximal age-predicted heart rate.

Resting Blood pressure 102/60 mmHg, rose to a maximum blood pressure of 170/82mmHg. The xercise test was stopped due to target heart rate being achieve. There were no significant EKG changes.

Basically passed with flying colors for a 43 Y.O. White Male who weighs 200lbs.

LOL They have straps at the gym but they are these super thin nylon ones.

trying to minimize strap usage. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and work on my grip strength with accessory moves. Tossing off just doesn't seem to be working...
