Thursday, The Ides of March (3/15) 2012, LEGS

Well worked AM Shift (6am to 2pm)
Then was on my feet for 3 hours training clients (4pm to 7pm)

and then squeeked out this leg routine:

Squats
135 x 5
185 x 5
205 x 5
225 x 5
225 x 5

Leg Extensions
130 x 5
140 x 5
150 x 5
160 x 5
170 x 5

SLDL (Haven't done these in FOREVER!)
135 x 5
185 x 5
205 x 5
225 x 5
225 x 5

That's about all I had energy for.

Squats felt good.

I know how that is. I spent a good portion of the last 10 years doing that. I had a radio ritual that allowed me to survive.

## I Think I tried before my elbow injury and it was sloppy. Had to use straps, etc. But probably more mental than anything. (Except for the grip strength issue).

I need to get a video up at some point when I feel comfortable with 300lbs.
