I train this way once a week with a buddy of mine who I think just joined this forum. We workout on Thursday's for 4:30 to 6:00.

Don't know if I ever asked you what your split looks like. Some days your training looks fairly standard and then other days, like your last workout, you give it on all the exercises. Just curious what your overall structure looks like.

I usually rotate between lower and upper body days, but Thursday throws that all off cause I train with a partner that day that does full body workouts. My contest I just found out will be April 21st so I will be structuring for that event. I'm working on that today and will start my plan on Monday which will be centered around the events of that contest except for Thursday's which will be a fullbody day.
