Thanks guys. It's feeling pretty good now. I'm thinking of hitting the Trap Bar for a while instead of using the regular bar for deadlifts. Keep my low back out of it for now until I decide what to do.

Sucks to hear about the lower back issue but good to see its less of an issue now. Trap deads are a fine alternative... or maybe some extra squatting

That's what I'm thinking. I'm leaning towards 5/3/1 Trap Bar Deads followed by Boring But Big (5x10) squats. Finish it all off with some heavy-ish GMs and call it good.

Sorry about the lower back but atleast you can squat! Ive wanted to try the boring but big as assistance for some time now, looking forward to se how it goes!

Notes:
Just required reps with the Trap Bar, didn't want to push the back too quickly. The squats were deeeeep, bouncing reps off the pins. They felt really good.
