I was talking to Jslep from the forum last night, mentioning that when I do a 5 rep build up I am spent by the time I get to the working set. Then this gets posted and I think, yes I am weak.

It wears me out too, but at my age I need the buildup. Plus, I think the added volume helps over time. I just suck at deadlifts! I'd much rather do Squats and OH Presses.
