Default Becky's training log

Hello everyone my name is Rebekah. I am Muscle_G's wife, and I am trying to get back into lifting. It's been a loooong time since I have lifted, I've mainly just been walking and doing alot of cardio over the past few years toloose weight. I did a Push/Pull meet about 5yrs ago, and I am wanting to start back competeing in some more Push/Pull meets. Here is my bench workout from yesterday

Warmed up my shoulders, elbows , and back

Bench Press
