Looks like you're enjoying this routine. Nice work mate. Don't worry about the weightloss. All of the cool kids are getting massive anyways

Looking good Gaz. Now that you are 3 weeks in any feeling for how long you would like to run this?

Thanks mate, it's not exactly the right time for losing weight anyway. Had the first of a few Xmas parties yesterday si I guess if I can maintain until January I'd be content.

Well I'm looking to maintain muscle using this routine whislt increasing my CV fitness and losing a little fat hopefully right up to my 6-monthly fitness assessment in mid-Feb. Providing I pass that assessment I'll be back to getting moar massive so will probably have a look at something different then.

Thanks mate, the volume is pretty high, I've got a mate training with me tonight who fancies giving the Reeves a crack so we'll see how he gets on. He's never done FB before so I'm interested to see how he reacts to it.

Yesterdays cardio

4Km run, 23m 28s
1Km walk

Still unfit, too much booze and not enough cardio over the last few weeks. Legs feel jaded every time I run, squatting 3 times a week probably has a bit to do with it tho

12 rep sets are cardio, especially squats. Loving the depth with the lighter weight tho, I'm confident that I'll benefit from it when I go back to SFW.

Default Reeves Classic Week 3 Day 2

Squat

75Kg x 12
75Kg x 11
75Kg x 10

BB Row

47.5Kg x 12
47.5kg x 12
47.5kg x 10

DB Press

17.5Kg x 12
17.5kg x 12
17.5Kg x 10

Bench Press

50kg x 12
50kg x 12
50Kg x 11

DB Curl

10Kg x 12
10Kg x 12
10Kg x 12

Dips

10/9/7/7/7

Planks

60s/45s/30s

DB Sidebends

3 x 12 x 25kg each side

Decided that from now I'll be doing the obliques instead of calves on wednesdays. 6 sets a week is plenty for calves and they need a rest due to all the cardio. Decent session, inching along nicely.

Every inch at a time mate and you'll eventually make a mile and end up smashing some some massive numbers.
