8 x 400m Intervals with 200m rests, 5Km total distance.

First 3 @ 13Km/h, 4-7 @ 12.5Km/h 8 @ 13.5Km/h

This was tough as always, much sweat, much pain, almost vomit. My kind of training. Calves are tight as banjo strings this morning. Reeves tonight a bit earlier than usual as I am off out for a meal afterwards. I'm thinking steak

Again pretty much holding stready, added another 2.5kg to the squats and loving the depth I'm getting. In fact I've had to lower the safeties to the next notch down to accomodate this new-found depth. Great stuff.

Interval training at PT this morning which suited me fine. There's a 450-500m circuit that the Instructor uses for this, it's uneven and tricky terrain which just makes it even harder. The session was pretty simple on paper, 1 lap - 2mins rest, 2 laps - 3 mins rest, 3 laps - 4 mins rest and finally 4 laps. It was not simple in reality. It was bloody awful. My legs were just jaded from start to finish, a lot to do with the cold I think, it was absolutely freezing lol.

circuit sounds like hell.... Id keep weights steady on all the exercises now and just start adding a rep where you can buddy, looks about right to be honest. good stuff

Great session last night, really enjoyed it. Weight up on the squats and rows tomorrow and hold steady on the rest. Only downside was that I weighed in at 92.4Kg, +0.4Kg from last week. Can't work out why, I ate well 6 days out of the 7 and did A LOT of cardio so I'm stumped. I did have a night on the booze but I drank vodka and diet coke (54cals a shot). Never mind, I feel leaner than I did 3 weeks ago so I'm not going to worry too much about it.
