besides , that morning circuit looked brutal....

Right we are finally off a running, this workout was severely hampered by this mornings circuit but that's ok because a gentle start means plenty room to progress.

Squat

100 push-ups doesnt do much for your bench!

Well we are off a running, enjoyed the workout immensely even tho it's a real blow to the ego going so light. I reckon the change up will be worth it tho. Read GL's thread back to front over the last two days and looking forward to seeing how I progress.

a slow start is definitely the way to go on this routine buddy, it soon becomes real work. Thake it easy and give yourself about a month or two before you are really pushing, it seems like a long time, but that one extra rep per session builds up to some serious weight rally quickly.

Nice start mate with the weight training, and that circuit look suitably brutal. Way too much moving for my liking.

Thanks mate, trust me I wouldn't be doing the circuit training if I had a choice. Comes with the job. Great for conditioning, not much good for getting massive.

Cardio

3.5Km run, 20m 37s followed by 1Km walk.

First run for a months, it wasn't as bad as I thought. Legs are sore today tho so it's LIT tonight and weights tomorrow.

i think if i tried to run 3Km id die !!
