Nice work JW! Have a nice weekend yourself. No funny business at that bachelor party! What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but what happens in DC makes the news!

I have Wei Rui shoes and love them. The heel is definitely 3/4 inch at least and rock solid.

Thanks mike, the weekend was great. Nothing to regret, just a lot of fun. Just did not get enough sleep. And I am dehydrated

Monday back at it!
Lots of volume today, felt good. Was still a little hungover this morning, but energy was actually very good.

Bench press
135 x 2 x 5
185 x 5
210 x 4 x 8
210 x 11
These felt great, paused the last rep of each set

Btn push press
135 x 5
185 x 3
205 x 3 x 3
Gonna stick with 205 and push for higher reps.

Db Chest supported rows
60 x 10
80 x 5 x 8
70 x 3 x 10

Skull crushers
65 x 10
85 x 4 x 10

Band push downs
Light x 3 x 20-30

Lateral raise
3 x 15-20

Did some pre hab work on my back, spent a lot of time in the car this weekend wanted to make sure I was ready for tomorrow.

Squats to,or row, starting 5/3/1. Maybe some real light Deadlifts.

Tuesday squats
Pretty solid training session today. Except I took a sample pack of nano vapor and then I realized I should not have taken the whole packet. Too much caffeine, I still feel horrible.

Squats 5/3/1
95 x 2 x 5
135 x 3
185 x 1
205 x 5
240 x 5
270 x 6
Felt solid, I am getting better at these high bar squats

Deadlifts
135 x 5
225 x 2 singles
275 x 2 singles
315 x 5 singles
These all felt good, gonna take it slow

Front squats
95 x 2 x 6
Paused at bottom

Reverse hyper
3 x 10

Bb curls
3 x 10

Prowler
Couple runs to try to get so,e caffeine out. Did not work

I leave tomorrow for a wedding, won't be training until Saturday most likely.
