Thursday ME Bench
My body felt very tired today. Yesterday was the first athletic thing I have done for a while. My joints were a little achy, by gotta get used to it. Floor press was good, but then I just tired out really fast.

ME Floor Press
135x2x5
225x3
275x2
315x1
335x1
355x1 PR!!, form was a little ugly, would have liked to pause on the floor, who cares
315x 5 singles, limited rest
Happy with the singles, some felt easy some did not

Push Press
135x5
185x3x5

Bent Over Row w/ football bar
135x10
185x2x8
185x10
These are awkward, have to really bend over due to the shape of the bar.

Single arm tri extension w/ grenade handle
60x2x12
70x 7
60x10

KB Lateral Raises
15s x 3 x 12

Close Grip Pulldown
170x15
205x2x10

Thats it, decent training session. I think my diet is really killing my energy right now. I am changing it up next week. Going to use kind of what Chaos and Pain is calling the predator diet. I will make a full post on it tomorrow some time. About what I am gonna do.

Friday Night Training
Nothing serious, body was still a little sore. And I have some nagging tendenitis in my elbow.

Hang Cleans
135x2x5
185x at least 8 sets x 3 reps
135x2x5
Just wanted to hit some volume on cleans, used my thicker bar. Much more difficult.

Tomorrow is speed work, will hit speed box squats with bands and then some speed deads. I might use snatch grip to start working my form.

Saturday DE Squat
Was feeling pretty tired today, I think it is the weather. Cold and rainy, but pushed through got some decent work done

Speed Squats
**all sets plus strong bands, lots of tension!
145x2x5
235x10x2, 30-45 second rest,
These did not feel very speedy, but the rest was short and I was happy with it.

Speed Snatch Grip Deads
135x5
225x3
225 plus light band x 3
275 plus light x 3 singles
295 plus light x 2 singles
225 plus light x 1 single
These were very tough, forced me to sit into my legs and they were also tough on the upper back and grip. I will use them more often good variation

Back Extension
doubled mini x 2 x 12
2 doubled minis x 3 x 10

Split Squats
40s x 1 set x 8 each leg
Not feeling these today

Quad Extensions
200x 3 x 15
Have not done these in a long time!

Hip work with the bands

Good training session for feeling not so great. Stomach was a little off and hips were kinda achy to start. Pushed through and made it into a decent day. Happy with it overall. Possible day off tomorrow, probably not.

Going to be starting monday, my first week on a low carb diet is always a crapshoot. And then I get things figured out the second week, should have plenty of protein and I have 10 more pounds on the way!!
