Glad you survived the storm OK. Just wild pictures all over the news. I remember Hurricane Agnes hitting Maryland when I was little and seeing cars floating down the road and piling up at the end of the street. This reminds me of that only worse.

OHP felt decent today, I need to focus on more volume on OHP and make sure I am hitting my back off sets. OHP is still going well.

Standing OHP
95x2x5
135x2x3
185x2 singles
205x3 Tied PR
135x16, 6
Only rested for 45 seconds on the back off sets

Dips
Bw x 10
plus 25x8
plus 50 x 8
plus 75 x 6
plus 100 x 5
plus 50 x 16
Solid number here, did not feel great when I started these but got it done

BB Curls
45 x 20
65x12
85x4x10

Reverse Curls
45x 2 x 15

Decent session, had a long day at work today. Happy with my OHP, I am thinking as the weather gets colder I am going to have to do my OHP at the gym. It was just difficult to get warmed up properly outside.

Tomorrow I am going to do some sort of sumo pull. I am still not able to go back to the gym. Still no power, hopefully monday I can get back on track. Sunday strongman

Thanks BTB! Upper body conditioning will probably start this week. I will be doing it on Tuesdays. Thinking this week I will do sledge work.

Saturday DE Lower
Still could not go to the gym today. They should have power tomorrow, so Monday I will get back on track. Did what I could today, hit it hard. Had to do sumo rack pulls, not much of any other choice in my basement.

Good session, tomorrow will be strongman. Not sure what I am going to do yet. Boucher is not sure if he can make it tomorrow. If he comes I will do yoke, if I am alone I will do tire. I have a plan either way.
