I stayed with it, with good results, the first 4 weeks are boring. So this kinda eliminates that

Jwood is back
Power just came back on today, I have been able to train though. Yesterday, I squatted by candle light haha. It is pretty scary around here still, but things are starting to get back to normal.

Hope everyone was alright.

Lots of catching up to do.

Tuesday Power Cleans
Did not know what to do on tuesday. Did some cleans, hit a nice number. Have not done these for a while.

Wednesday Squats
did these in my basement, started to get dark in the middle of my workout so I had to squat by candles. Had to end it early, just too dark.

Squats
135x2x5
225x5
275x4
315x3
345x2
375x1
395x1
415x1

Pause Squats
300x2x3

Good Mornings
135x5
185x5
225x5
245x5
265x5 PR
I think good mornings will be another key to solid squat numbers

Squats felt pretty good, I think I need to throw in some pause squats on my first couple of sets, just to make sure I am hitting my groove. I can feel out my form better on pause squats and makes me fire out of the hole. Overall a good session for no electric.

Thursday Conditioning
Power is finally back on, made a huge mistake today. Had a lot of taco bell for lunch, had a weird morning at work, so I was starving by lunch time. Right now my stomach feels awful, still did some conditioning.

Warm ups rolling, mobility drills
-walked sled over to the field, about 1/4 mile

Sled Sprints
3 sprints x 100 yards
*walked the sled back 100 yards after the sprint.

Walked the sled back to my house another 1/4 mile.

Just brutal, need to keep doing these more often. My lungs and legs were burning!!

Nice cleans and squats by candle. That's getting it done. Great work JW.

Glad you survived the storm OK. Just wild pictures all over the news. I remember Hurricane Agnes hitting Maryland when I was little and seeing cars floating down the road and piling up at the end of the street. This reminds me of that only worse.
