Saturday quick conditioning
Should have taken the day off I took a police exam today and it took much longer than expected, but I am insane.

Sled sprints
Plus 45 x about 300 yard walk
Plus 45 x 2 x 100 yard sprints
Plus 45 x 4 x 30 yard sprints
Walk back with sled

These 100 yarders were just brutal, thought I was gonna die. I am beat

Sunday Strongman Workout
This was a very good session, this is what I would like to be every event workout should be. Took about 2 and a half hours

Farmers
*about 50 feet
70 each xa couple
160 x 2
210 x 1
250 x 1
300 x miss
250 x 2
Wanted to give a try with 300 each hand, just did not have it.

Fat Grip Clean and Press
*one clean and press away
135x2x3
185x3
205x7
185x4-cleaned and pressed each one
These are brutal, the clean is very difficult

Medley-2 rounds
bear hug carry x 100ft
Keg Carry x 100 ft
Backwards sled drag x about 50 feet

Medley was brutal, everything else was great. No strongman next weekend, going to a wedding in texas, but the next weekendwill be yoke, circus db, and medley. Each session will finish witha medley. Tons of fun!!

Switched up my days, Monday bench, wednesday Squats, I think this will be better for recovery. No way I could have squatted today after that strongman session. Good bench session though!

Solid session, tomorrow will be an easy conditioning workout and then a good squat workout Wednesday. Felt great today, tight all over from strongman, but nothing crazy. Time to get strong!
