Thursday Deadlifts
Not bad today, legs were still a little sore. Weights felt kind of heavy. Still figuring out sumo.

Speed Squats

Never done this much weight before, I did use a belt though

Pretty solid today, need to cut down conditioning on Wednesdays. I need to make sure it is helping me recover, and not hindering it. I have 4 more weeks left on Coan, hoping to finish strong. I have some ideas about what I want to do next I will post them at some point soon.

Friday Solid OHP
Did not feel great when I started, but I took my warm ups slow and hit two solid PRs

Standing OHP

OHP is going up nicely, I really enjoy my friday training sessions at home

BB Curls

Reverse curl x 45 x 20

Dips
BW x 10
plus 25 x 10
plus 50 x 3 x 10
BW x 23 close to failure here

That is it, short and sweet.

Plan is to hit some conditioning tomorrow and then some strongman on Sunday, not sure what I will be doing yet Sunday. Tomorrow will probably just be sled, Sunday I would am going to try to take it kinda easy. Monday is a big squat workout.
