Saturday Decent Session
Had kinda a rough night last night, thought I was going out to dinner and drinks with my girlfriend's friends, but it turned out they were planning at being at the bar all night. So I did not get home until 2 and it was just a long night. I did manage to get up and train today.

Standing OHP
95x2x5
135x3
155x2
185x1
205 x 2 singles, felt solid
185x5 PR
Previous PR at 185 was 2 reps, really crushed it.

Dips
BW x 12
plus 25 x 10
plus 50 x 8
plus 75 x 5
plus 50 x 10

Pull Ups
BW x 5 x 10

Motivation was kinda low today. I was able to get focused for a couple of sets but then just did not feel like doing much. Looking forward to a good strongman workout tomorrow. Planning on sleeping in tomorrow and then getting some solid meals in before training.

Thanks swede, need to get my nutrition in order. I think it will help everything. Not that my nutrition is bad, just needs to get better so I can pack on some serious muscle. Training is all figured out right now, so one thing left to do eat right.
