Monday Squats Feeling Solid
After a weekend in the mountains drinking and playing around, my body was kinda tight. But my squats ended up going very well today

Squats
145x2x5
235x5
270x4
315x3
350x2
375x1
395x1
420x1, used wraps here
325x3x3 Paused Squats
Everything went very well on squats, felt great. Just could not get my feet set right, had a little happy feet, but still hit the weights with good depth

Lunges
holding 60 lb DBs x 4 sets x 5 reps each leg

Shrugs
225x10
315x10
405x10
495x10
585x10
675x10 PR
725x8 PR
The guys at the gym challenged me to go over 700 so I did. These felt awesome, loving shrugs again.

Great session today. Starting to feel strong again. Time to really push for a 500 raw squat before the end of the year!! Feeling really focused right now, love it.

yes!! My shrugs have been going like crazy since I learned how to pick up the bar in the rack. I just love these!!

They were not the prettiest shrugs ever, but thats ok

Tuesday Bench Press
Weights felt heavy to start but then crushed my rep set, very happy with this. Starting to put together some solid sessions!

255x10, did an 11th rep, but my butt came up so I did not count that.
Very happy with this set. Last week I did 12 with 240, so this was a good set, numbers are going up

Klokov Press

130x4, failed on 5th rep

DB Row, pretty strict

120s x 6
130s x 6
140s x 6
150s x 6

Tricep Pushdown

Hammer Curls

Need to make sure I hit my biceps, my elbows start to hurt when I slack off

Really good session today. Checked my bodyweight, right around 210. Hoping to stay in the 210-215 range for a while and just get brutally strong. Gonna ride this momentum as long as possible.

Got some new supps today, hydramino-really good. I like the blue raspberry flavor, kind of sweet but good when watered down. I like to drink something flavored when I train. Also got bullet proof, hoping to help recovery. I have been getting some serious soreness lately. But I think that is from the intensity of my training too.
