Thursday OHP Solid
Pecs felt really tight today, kinda affected my OHP, still a PR though on reps. Awesome! Plus I upped the tension on the speed bench.

Good workout today. Felt solid and energy was good.

Saturday Morning Good Session
Hit a good training session this morning in the basement. My atg squats felt a lot smoother today. A little more practice and the weights will start flying up!!

Olympic ATG Squats
135x2x5
185x3
225x1
275x1
315x1
335x2 singles
These were kinda a grind, so I did not add any more weight.

ATG Front Squats
135x3x5
Just getting the groove on these.

Hack Squats
135x5
225x3
315x2x3

That is it, quick session today. I have a wedding to go to today. Boucher is getting married, a few of you may remember him. He had a training log here for a couple of weeks and then his life got crazy busy.

Going to be a very fun wedding!! So probably no training tomorrow, unless it is tomorrow evening after my hangover is gone haha.

Sunday Good Hungover Training
Fun wedding last night. I drank way too much and paid for it today. I was able to kick my hangover with the help of some Karbolyn haha. Here is what I did:

Fat Grip Clean and Press
135x2x3
155x2 singles
185x2 singles
205x1
205x Miss
185 x 6 singles
These all felt good, worked on some technique. Should be able to hit a PR soon with these.

Snatches
135x5 singles

That was it, did this workout outside in the heat. It was a rough start, but felt decent once I got going and actually enjoyed it. it was just tough to get motivated to start.
