Thanks pull, I think it should work well. I have noticed I have naturally been doing this in other lifts like cleans and log, and some accessory stuff. Seems to work well.

Saturday Training
Switching things up today. Pretty easy workout, but still got some good stuff in. Really hungover today, had to wake up early too. Just not feeling that great, but crushed it

Fat Grip Clean and Press

215x1 PR

Grip felt terrible today, but just focused and hit it.

Snatches

185x1, really ugly kind of half snatch half press
Have not done these in a long time, they need to come back. Really force you to explode and be fast!!

15-20 minute Jog!!!


What happened here, no idea. Decided I need to run off the beer in my system. Very surprised with myself. Conditioning felt pretty good, did about 1,5 miles or so maybe more in around 15 minutes. Did not keep track of anything, just getting the blood flowing. Seems Sprints are helping my stay in pretty good condition.

Karbolyn was very good today. Helped to kick the last bit of my hangover and really got me through my training. Probably going to bench tomorrow morning and then head down to DC. Monday I should be able to squeeze in a squat session, somewhere.

Did not go well, lack of sleep too much drinking and not enough food. Whatever, got some work in

Close Grip Bench

Did not have the strength to drop back and work up so I went with a max rep set of close grip.

Pull Ups

Dips
BW x 5 x 20
These sets were tough, triceps were done

Low Row
light weight x 2x 15

Light Band Pushdown
2x20 burn!

Decent session for how bad I felt

Snuck In a quick workout monday, did not have much time but I got done what I needed to

This was good, really like the warm up ladder and 355 felt heavy so I was very happy with the rep set. Really got to work on form. I like this style for squats

RDLs

No chalk, no straps and a crappy bar. Did not help me much

Hamstring Curls
Unknown weight x 3 sets x 10-12 reps

High Pulls

Got in got out, pretty happy with the workout. Being that I was sleeping on couches and not eating enough. O well time to get back to my focus. I think this new squat template is going to work great!
