Monday Solid Training Session Today
Had very good energy today. Got a little light headed at the end of the workout but probably the heat. Happy with it today, good pace and intensity

Speed Bench
*all sets plus pro short light bands, lots of tension!!
135x2x3
155x2x3
175x3x3
155x 3x 3
These all felt very good, was hoping to it 175 for 5 sets but the speed was slowing so I lightened up.

DB Rows
80s x 12
120s x 8
150s x 8 with straps
150s x 2 x 6
These felt pretty good, back was a little sore from farmers!

Incline DB Press
80s x 10
90s x 3 x 8
Last set got a little ugly but finished it

Wide Neutral Pull Downs to chin
205x10
250x3x 8

Skull Crushers
75x12
95x3x8

Wide Neutral Pull Down to chest
205x6
170x2x8

Good volume today, very happy with this. Tomorrow is going to be deads off mats and then some higher volume squats. Probably really easy on the assistance. Going to focus on a big pull hopefully.

Feeling good, weight was at 214 today with all clothes and shoes on. So probably around 212, gonna continue low carb to probably around 208, then start a little back loading.

Very good session Jwood!
Not to take away from anything else, but your pulling strength really stands out. 150x8 rows and 250x8 pulldowns is some big f'n weight!

Tuesday ME Lower
Deads went pretty well today, felt very strong. Just got a little stupid at the end.

Deadlifts off 3 mats, about mid shin level

(EDIT:whoops big typo there Haha)
So after my set of 445, I tightened my belt more. It was just too tight. I could not get into position. Should have worked my way up a little slower. But I am happy with how these felt, this is usually one of my worst lifts!

Yoke Bar Squats, no box
90x10
180x5
230x5
250x5
270x3
180x8
These are just brutal without the box. I have crazy weird tightness right now and I really tried to get deep on these. They kicked my butt!

Reverse Hypers
90x15
180x 3 x 12

That is it. Main lift took longer today, so I really cut back on the assistance. Trying to train smarter so I can deload less often. Feeling strong, so no deload for now. I am just gonna keep on truckin!

Thursday is going to be Push Presses looking for a huge number!

Wednesday Quick Sprint Workout

Dynamic Warmups
8-10 sprints about 75 yards
5 sprints 30-40 yards

Tried to limit rest here. Conditioning actually felt pretty good. Going to keep lengthening my sprints. I can do 40-50 yard sprints all day but anything further starts to get my lungs going.

Couple sets of pull ups
Couple sets of sit ups

I thought I was not sore at all after yesterdays session, but I can feel the soreness setting in now. Low back was tight, but really loosened up nicely. Going for a big push press tomorrow!
