Not quite there yet, I get really hot when I workout. Sometimes, i get the chills, which I hear is pretty common. Felt good today!

ME Bench Press
Weights felt heavy today, but they all went up. Set up did not feel great either. I did board presses alone which makes me nervous, no safety at all on the bench. Should probably use the rack.

350x1 PR!!
This was a good number for me, I am usually pretty weak off the 2 board but I was able to fight it

Thanks guys!!
The diet is going very well. I am hardly ever hungry. Having a lot of shakes. So far so good, energy levels are very good throughout the day. I am eating a ton more veggies too. Overall Very good

Friday Night Training
Had some craziness at the end of my day so ended up leaving work 30 minutes later for other people's bad work. Frustrated, but I let it out on the iron!!

Power Cleans

Awesome, I really got some form going on the singles with 245. They kept getting easier, could have gone all night.

1 arm deadlifts, just messing around
135x3x3 each arm
Might throw these in more often on fridays, when I do not feel like doing cleans.

I was going to take a week off from cleans, but I was pretty pissed when I got home and that was the best way to let out frustration. Speed squats tomorrow, gonna go back to the chucks for a while, just to switch things up.
