Thursday Standing OHP
Felt good on the presses, my lower back is crazy sore. My form was just off last night and it caused my to use a lot more back than usual.

Standing OHP

Felt like it got easier as I went along, always a good sign.

Solid workout tonight, I am hoping all of this soreness is gone for saturday. I am hoping for a huge day! 425 for 3 plus reps, I am really hoping for 5, I think I might wrap the knees, we will see how I feel. Just gonna crush it!

Saturday Final Week of Juggernaut
What an awesome workout, really went well today. Used the knee wraps on my final set and I hit an awesome set.

Squats
145x2x5
235x3
325x1
375x1
425x6 PR
Awesome set, very happy with this number!! 425 felt great on my back, I need to continue to hit heavy ab work, I think that is the key to feeling comfortable with the weight on my back.

Yoke Bar Good Mornings
90x12
140x8
160x6
190x2x5
90x20

Walking Lunges w/ sand bag on my back
2 sets x 6 each leg

Back Extensions
BW x 15
BW plus doubled mini x 12
BW plus 2 doubled minis x 3 x 10
This really hit my low back hard!

Hip work with the bands.

Solid workout, I was very tired after my set of squats so my assistance was not too great. I am happy with the start of my final week of Juggernaut. Before I started Juggernaut my max was around 430 and now I just repped 425, I would say my squat went up a little, haha.

I was also told the last rep of my squats set was the deepest and all hit parallel. Awesome
