495 felt very good, had some more left in me. I knew I was gonna go heavier I would have skipped the second single of 455. Next week I may try some conventional deads off the floor and see how they feel.

I need to figure out if my sumo or conventional is stronger. I think conventional will win out, but I still think training sumo is smart.

Log Clean and press

145x1
165x1
195x1
215x1
Have not done these in a while, good stuff

Tire Drags
Just tire x 2 x 30 yards
tire plus 45 x 4 x 30 yards
tire plus 70 x 4 x 30 yards

Overhead Walks w/ log
3 x 105 x not sure the distance
These felt pretty good, and I would like to try them heavier

Overall good workout. It was nice to get outside and do something. Weather was good, just a little chilly at the start. Then the sun came out and it was perfect.

Monday Solid Bench Session
Still having some flare ups in my elbow, but I am hoping it just goes away. Need more fat!

Bench Press
warm up sets then
265 x 6 sets x 3 reps
265x5
All these sets felt solid. Not easy but smooth

DB Rows
110s x 10
150s x 2 x 5
110s x 2 x 10
This is where the elbow started to hurt

DB Neutral Grip Incline Press
70s x 10
80s x 2 x 10

KB Skull Crushers
25s x 15
35s x 3 x 15
These crush my triceps!

Lat Pulldown
115 x 3 x 20
good pump

Band Pull A parts
mini band x 2 x 20

Solid workout, took it easy on the back work for the elbow. I am pretty sore from yesterday's workout. My hips are sore and so are my abs. Good stuff!!

Tomorrow is deadlifts, and I think I will hit some front squats!

I am not sure what it is from. It does not really hurt when I bench, it starts to hurt when I do rows after bench. And it hurt a little during deadlifts. Nothing serious, just annoying really.

Just placed an order for some more protein, also giving neurocore a try. I do not really like muscle tech products but I am hearing good things.

Also, picked up some cheap zma, would like to see if it does anything. For sleep or recovery.
