Last meet was a disaster, bombed squats. Hit a 550 dead and got red lighted on 570, for some sort of hitch that did not happen

Monday Solid Bench Day!
Felt good today, my wrist is still sore. But should be pretty much 100% for next weeks max rep week.

Bench
135x2x5
185x5
225x3
265x3x5

Felt solid, probably had a few more in the tank. Really had the bar under control, no bouncing, could have paused any rep. Good touch and go reps

Pendlay Rows
135x10
225x5x5

High Incline Press
135x15
185x2x5
135x14
Wanted to hit some reps, been a while since I did these, nice change up.

Face Pulls
125x2x10
170x2x6, form got a little ugly
125x2x12

Tricep Pushdown
70x 3 x 20

Banded Tri Extension
mini Doubled x 2 x 20

Good workout, feeling strong. Will be hitting deads tomorrow. 405 for sets of 5 should be pretty solid!

Looking forward to saturday, gonna crush some squats!

My body has to get used to the heavy loads again. I think that is my biggest complaint about juggernaut. Too many weeks in a row with low weights. My body was getting used to high reps with light weights.
