Getting better
I think yesterday helped with full range reverse hypers. Today I was able to up the intensity. Plan on going to the gym Tuesday Thursday Saturda next week and then hopefully worki g back into a regular routine after that.


Pull ups
*moved up one rep each set until it got ugly
BW x 6,7.8,9,10,11,12

Dips
*up two reps each set
BW x 10,12,14,16,18,20,22

Did poor man reverse hypers between each set, then did some other little back exercises. I will do another round of exercises to ignt and then some stretching. Happy with my progress compared to one week ago when it happened. Last week I has serious pain with every step I took. Now I could probably run with minimal pain

Great work Jeremy! Strong work for being broken ! Glad you seem to be feeling better! Think the new routine with more recovery time I'll work out better for you! Keep healing and training hard!!!

Thanks hunter, I realized I have never really done a minimal type routine. I have always seemed more inclined to do routines with crazy volume. So now it is time to start over, 3 days of training, 4 days of recovery work.

No squats yet, back is still pretty bad. At least another week

Then hung out on the inversion board for a while.

Thursday Still getting better
Back is starting to feel pretty good, still have some pain when sitting or bending over. However, now I can walk without feeling anything. Did the usual today.

Pull Ups
10 sets total w/ different grips.
All sets were ten reps, except the last couple

Dips
8 sets x 15 reps

Single arm push downs
Monster mini band x 2 x 15 each arm

Tons of reverse hypers, at least ten sets.

Going to do my exercises again tonight, and hoping I continue to get better. Possibly going to experiment light front squats next week, either to a high box or off pins.

Not sure what would be better. I will see how I feel next week. Did a few lunges tonight and they felt good, I think as long as I stay upright I will be fine.

Thanks hunter, I will ease into the squatting. If I feel any pain i will stop.

Also wanted to mention, that I have been getting pretty good results on just dips and pull ups, looking swore, haha.

I truly believe you could get seriously jacked with just dips, pull ups and squats.
